  • At Bluline Studio, we believe that each of our handmade wooden decoration and gift products is a reflection of our unique craftsmanship and quality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be entirely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

  • 1. Return Period & Conditions

  • For European Union (EU) Customers - Right of Withdrawal:

  • Customers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they receive their product, without needing to provide any reason. This period is also known as the "cooling-off period."

  • For United States (US) and Other International Customers - Standard Return Period:

  • For customers in the US and other international locations outside the EU, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product.

  • General Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Products must be in a resalable state.

  • 2. Non-Returnable Items (Important Information)

  • Due to their nature and in accordance with applicable legal regulations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit:

  • Personalized or Custom Order Products: All products manufactured or modified specifically to the customer's special request or personal specifications (e.g., custom names, dates, specific map locations, or unique design requests).

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale or Promotional Items: Unless otherwise specified in the campaign terms, final sale or special promotional items are non-returnable.

  • 3. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return request, please contact us within the applicable return period (as specified above) via one of the following methods:

  • In your communication, please include the following information:

  • Your Order Number

  • The name and code of the product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return (optional, but your feedback is valuable to us)

  • If applicable, photos clearly showing any damage or defect to the product.

  • Once your return request is approved by our team, we will send you a confirmation email containing detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return and where to send your product. Please do not send your product back before receiving our approval.

  • 4. Refunds

  • Upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse and verification of its compliance with the return conditions, your refund process will be initiated. This inspection typically takes 5-7 business days after the product arrives.

  • Refunds will generally be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • You will receive an email notification once the refund process is complete.

  • 5. Shipping and Delivery Charges

  • For EU Customers (Exercising Right of Withdrawal): The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, the standard shipping cost of the original order (if paid by the customer) will be refunded. Any additional charges paid for express shipping services will not be refunded.

  • For US and Other International Customers (Due to Dissatisfaction): The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The original order's shipping cost is generally non-refundable.

  • For Damaged or Defective Product Returns: In cases of confirmed damaged or defective products, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Bluline Studio.

  • 6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the event that your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective:

  • Please inspect the product in the presence of the delivery courier. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and request a damage report from the courier immediately. Once the product is accepted, the courier's responsibility is considered fulfilled.

  • If you have received a damage report or believe the product is defective, please contact us at info@bluline.studio within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please attach high-resolution photos clearly showing the damage/defect and the damage report (if applicable) to your email.

  • After reviewing your claim, we will offer a solution that may include repair, exchange, or a full refund, depending on the situation. The cost of return shipping for confirmed damaged/defective items will be borne by Bluline Studio.

  • 7. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return policy to return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item through our website.
